| 1. Remove radio or sound system from your car. |

Radioman for guidance to do it yourself

| 2. Wrap your radio in foam or other protective
material |

| 3. INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM. Click

The note should have your name, address, phone number, the
products being sent, the problem with each product and the radio code
for unlocking the radio. Provide a
shipping address if different from billing address.

| 4. Ship via FedEx, UPS or Postal Service. Insure the
package. |

Same day turnaround once radio is received (subject to parts
needing to be ordered). Contact
Radioman ahead of time for pricing. You may charge to a credit
card over the phone. We return your radio, cd player, or amp via
FedEx 2-day if out of state and FedEx Ground if in California.
